Moving sucks. These guys make it almost fun. This is maybe the fifth or sixth time I've used Adept. Kryril and Nick did an amazing job for me even better than expected. I have four kids who live all over LA and move all over LA. Adept had always given us great service on time, on estimate , they take care of my stuff like it's their own and they don't slack off. I can't say enough to good things and these two guys were the best yet. Call Adept and be as happy as you can when you're moving I should have done this yesterday but twc screwed up my internet...
I have used Adept 3 times since moving to the LA area and they have been absolutely amazing each time. My second move in particular was pretty tricky because I had a very narrow staircase that needed to be navigated every time something was moved. The movers did a great job and managed to get everything down the stairs with no problems! My last move was just as smooth. I called and booked the movers around a month in advance and they were scheduled to come between 8 and 9 am. They showed up at 8 am on the dot and quickly got to work after explaining the charges. My movers this time were Dmitriy and Vitali - they were both very very friendly, so efficient, and so careful with all of our things. I have to give them so much credit for working so hard and making our move so easy - they truly are adept at what they do! We had quite a lot of things to move - furniture, TV, a super heavy mattress, and tons of boxes in a 2 bedroom - and Dmitriy and Vitali handled everything with ease. Our new apartment did not have an elevator so they had to carry everything up and down stairs, which was not a problem at all for them - even on a hot day. I can't recommend Adept enough - I called around to get various quotes from other companies and Adept had by far the best pricing and customer service out of the lot. Their rates ($59/hour for two men with cash, $69 with credit/debit and $69 cash/$79 card for three men) are so reasonable compared to other moving companies that charge you way too much. They will gladly explain to you what the total cost encompasses and are super helpful over the phone and in person. I will definitely use Adept in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing movers! Thank you Dmitriy, Vitali, and our wonderful movers in the past for your exceptional work :)
The movers were so helpful and polite! I injured myself during packing. I arranged the movers with less thank 24 hours notice and were able to accommodate me in the morning of the next day.Thank you, Anatoly & Vadik!I'm very happy with your services and recommend you to everyone!
I was fortunate to have Ilia and Vadim as my movers! These guys hustled and made sure my stuff was safe. They had a good sense of humor and made the experience so much better. They did not cut corners or try to rip me off either. I appreciated that the most. Definitely highly recommended. Great company!
On January 29, 2016 two movers from Adept Moving Company assisted me with moving to an upper level condo within the same building. The guys were fast and efficient. Nothing was broken, and they even repaired my glass coffee table. The price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Adept Moving Company!
Andrey, Dima and Otto helped us move and they were were great! I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional and made sure nothing got damaged. Great all around job!
This is the fourth time that I've hired Adept Moving Co to move either myself our my business in the past 8 years. These guys are unbelievably efficient, organized and safe. This move I was greeted by the foreman, Dmitris, who organized and led his crew of Vadim and two Vitalik's. They showed up right on time. They professionally covered and wrapped all my furniture and breakable items, and loaded everything nicely into their truck. We drove over to my new house and the guys were not more than 5 minutes behind me despite driving a large moving truck. Dmitris, Vadim and the Vitalik's unloaded all of my items with care, placing each item in the appropriate room. They quickly reassembled our bed frames and furniture and put them in the desired locations. These guys are true pros, and I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
Leff and vitya helped us move. They were both very efficient and pleasant. The price also was around what we were expecting. Overall awesome experience. I will definitely use their service again and would recommend them to anyone looking for moving. Thanks to Leff and vitya, our moving was painless.
These guys PICKED UP MY FRIDGE. Literally, with their bare hands. It's stainless steel, and I can't even push it by myself. They deserve 5 stars and a good tip haha. I moved from Long Beach to North Hollywood on Valentine's Eve. They had an estimate arrival of 2pm, called me at 1:45 to update me on when they would be there, and arrived when they said they would! Dmitry and Vitali did a quick look around, we got the paperwork done, and then things got started. I've never hired movers before so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to help. I decided to just watch lol. They wrapped up all my furniture, and even packed things I was too lazy to pack. Nothing got scratched, and then when the fridge wouldn't fit through my kitchen hallway (how it magically got in there in the first place, I have no clue), they just picked it up. My new apartment is upstairs with no elevator, and they dragged it up with a dolly with no damage whatsoever. Pretty nice. They were also super polite and friendly, even after a 5 hour move and more than an hour in traffic. Overall it was reasonably priced. They don't charge any strange exorbitant fees, and they are the best-priced I've seen, especially with the service I received. From the moment I requested a quote to the time I booked my move, they've been professional, friendly, and communicative. I think hiring 3 movers next time might be a good idea, but I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you Dmitry and Vitali for your amazing service! Next time I move (hopefully not for a while!), I'll definitely call them again.
