I had such an incredible experience with this company! They packed all my stuff with such care. Nothing got scratched and nothing broke! Vityo and Leff, my movers, were hard-working and very kind! I would use them again in a second. Not to mention the great prices! I spent a lot less than I even expected to which doesn't happen often when you're moving! Five stars for sure. I have moved a lot in my life and this defiantly felt like one of the easiest ones. :)

This was my first experience with movers, as I have always moved myself but just didn't have the energy this time around. These guys were great! Ask for Vitya and Lee, they were super professional, pleasant, fast and efficient. They came in, paid attention to all my special requests, packed everything well, drove to my new place and moved everything and even put my bed back together for me all in under 2 1/2 hrs! I'm hoping to not move again for a good long while, but if I do I will definitely be calling adept again and ask for them specifically!
Very pleased with our decision to go with Adept. Ilia, Levan, and Vitaly got there on time, they were very courteous and proffessional. They were careful with fragile things and yet very proficient, and efficient with time. They were also knowledgeable with disassembling furniture which isn't always easy, and it significantly made things easier. Moving is not a comfortable process, but they made the process alot more streamlined. I gladly would use them again.
Just used their service and I am one satisfied customer. They were very professional calling the day before to confirm the appointment, showing up on time and having the right equipment for moving heavy equipment.
They say it is better late than never. And this is the situation my case. We moved from a upstairs two-bedroom apartment of many years to our first house 60 miles away from Inglewood to Rialto. After a lot of quotes from several companies, and reading many reviews I settled upon Adept Moving. They the most reasonably priced and upfront quote. Every point of contact was very professional. Our move day was January 6 and if you look at the weather it was the only day of heavy rain all day long. Alex, Levan and Egor pulled the truck up a few minutes early (8 a.m. was the appointed time), paperwork was done, and they proceeded to load up the truck. Alex's crew did not stop, until we hit the road to Rialto. They assisted in last minute packing, made a pick up of a bed in storage (not scheduled), drove 60 miles one way in hard rain, and moved us into our three bedroom house in good time. They left around 7 p.m. that night and had 60 miles to go back home. They were efficient, cheerful, polite...really nice guys. They took a 30 -minute break before leaving Los Angeles for food. It was well deserved. They called to let me know and then called again when it was over. That is professionalism. They were professional, efficient, had a great attitude! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a moving company. Should it ever happen again, I would call Adept Moving and look for Alex's crew. if I was to move once again! I was very pleased with their performance.
We had a great team with Andrew, Dima and Uriy! They arrived on time, packed the truck like a perfect puzzle and unloaded with efficiency. Although they had to navigate lots of stairs, narrow hallways, and get a heavy stackable washer-dryer unit up stairs, they managed it perfectly and with a great attitude. They were all very friendly, very strong, and willing to get the job done. I called a handful of companies, including a company I had used previously, but no one could match Adept's rates. I am very pleased with the move and give 5 stars to a great team at Adept! From the confirmation call and text to the time Andrew spent with me going over the charges, I felt in very good hands. I will use Adept again for my next move and recommend them to anyone out there looking for an organized, well-managed moving company.
Vlad and his team did a great job moving my office in Downtown LA. They were polite and professional. I didn't get any surprise "charges" which is always a good thing. I would use them again
Used Adept Movers over the weekend and they were 1. Professional 2. On-time 3. Extremely careful with my furniture and 4. Friendly. The pricing is reasonable however I recommend wrapping your own furniture and bagging all your pillows because they also charge for that. Thanks guys.
