My boyfriend and I just moved across town from Hollywood to Santa Monica, and these guys made it so easy. Audrey, Vadim, and Sergey were awesome! They were fast, took great care of everything, and really easy to work with. They worked all day and got us completely moved in by dinnertime. I would recommend anyone to use their service. Not only were they reliable, they are also affordable. We needed a lot of help. WE hadn't had time to pack much, and we needed them to clean out one of our storage units. Moving is normally the worst, and they made it go really smoothly. They didn't break or scratch anything. My floors were clean after they left. Everything was nicely packed and then set up. THank you!!
I've never reviewed anyone before, but Adept's service truly moved me to write one. Max and his crew did an outstanding job with my move. They arrived a bit earlier and offered to help us out with wrapping and advised me how to properly package my fragile belongings. I kindly wondered if they had any spare boxes for sale, I assume they had couple left from the previous order which they gave them to me for free of charge. They even made special marks on the boxes that held fragile stuff in. Max was on point of everything - he was monitoring every member of his team. Frankly, guys in his team were outstanding. Even though I'm not really familiar with their industry, but it was obvious that every member knew his role. They were extremely fast and quiet. Due to their perfect team work I've managed to get done with the whole move in less than 2 hours. I even called my friend that referred me to Adept and thanked him for the best suggestion he ever gave me. Before I would stay in apartments for two years minimum just to avoid the hassle with moving but after this experience I will definitely never hesitate to move. Strongly recommend this company to anyone who is about to move, and especially want to highlight Max and his team.
These guys were pretty amazing... moved an office fitted for 20 from the 12th Floor near miracle mile to the 14th floor near Pershing square... they wrapped everything tore down and put back together our cubicles... continued to work non stop all 10 hours besides a short lunch... they carried all the insurance needed by the buildings, WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN AN INSTANT!!!
I highly recommend Adept Moving. I worked with Audrey and Sergey and they did an excellent job moving my 1 bedroom from Hollywood to Pasadena. They were quick and efficient and the move was painless. I had several boxes with fragile items and everything arrived in perfect condition. They did a great job moving from a three story apartment building to a house. They also put together all of my furniture which saved me quite a bit of time. I would definitely choose these guys! I have already referred them to my friend with an upcoming move.

Responsive, friendly, and efficient. I wish Adept had an office in Seattle. I would have used them in a heartbeat. Having help on a warm LA summer day made our move more manageable. This company is a great value for the price!
Levan and Vitalik were scheduled to arrive between 10-11am and they arrived on time! Even though I lived in a 1b apt, I've way too many things and they helped me packed all my utensils and fragile items. I would have just dumped all these items into a box but they offered to wrap it nicely for me. Also, they helped me with getting my timid cat out of her hiding spot (under my bed)! Really appreciate them watching out for my lil baby before they moved my heavy king bed! The move was really smooth and wayyyyy better than I expected! Furthermore, the price quoted was a lot cheaper than other moving companies and there's absolutely no hidden charges at all! Moving is a super stressful issue and hopefully I don't have to move again but if I have to, I'll definitely contact them again!

I called the company, the gentelman who answered the phone was very nice znd even suggested me the way how to make my moving process cheaper insteadof charging me more. This company is awesome! All I can sayis Wow! Max's team did a great job, they are the best. Max with two another movers came on time {punctual workers} and were totally polite and friendly. He clearly explained me a priceit would take. They came prepared with everything, it was obvious that Max and rest of the team were experienced. These guys worked professionaly with some pretty heavy furniture and boxes, they had to walk up and down a bunch of stairs. Very nice and trustworthy guys who hundled some very heavy furniture with easy. Max didn't refused any difficult tasks and special requests I asked of them. I had them stop at three different places to take some stuff for donation to GoodWill, some parts of my old furniture to Storage. The most importantlythey were quick, efficient and take care of wrapping and packing everything so it was protected.They wrapped all my 2 bedrooms and living room up with such care. Nothing were damaged, scratched or broken. Max's team even didn't ask to make smoke break, they didn't stop and kept moving. By the way, it was my 4th move in 5 years, and first in California. I have never felt myself so glad of moving process. I have to stay these are the best movers I have ever used. They really did an amazing job. The customer service was impeccable, the price beat every other company, I quoted and finally and mainly. The service was on highest level. I'm really happy with their services, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable, professional and efficient movers! Their reputation is one of the best in Los Angeles. Their rates are the best too. No wonder you have 5 stars. Thank you again for moving us into our new hpme! You made the entire process fast and simple. P.S. Moving sucks but havingthese guis here to help made it much more bearable. Will happily use them again except this moment I hope I never move again.
I hired Adept to move my 1 bedroom apartment within LA. Vitali and Anatoli were excellent. They made the experience so much less stressful- they were professional, efficient and calm. Their office kept me updated throughout moving day on their timing and when their morning job was running long the office offered me a $30 discount. They even took my bed apart and put it back together and asked where I wanted boxes placed. No extra hidden charges. The price was great in the end- the cheapest move I've ever had. I wish this company a lot of luck- they are doing it right.
