I had a misunderstanding initially when I called. However, they called me back and were apologetic and really wanted my business. I decided to give them a try. Wow! They are very good movers!! Like everyone in LA, I have moved a lot due to rents going up, job relocation, etc. and I have had some bad experiences. Thankfully, this was a very good experience! I needed to move some antique furniture into storage, plus a few more pieces. I needed a truck with a lift gate, not a ramp. They were able to accommodate me at short notice. The truck arrived on time. It was exactly the right length for my driveway. There were 3 men: Dima, Max, and Slavik. They were excellent!!!These guys worked well as a team and were very professional. They brought tape, blankets, and plastic wrap. They used the blankets I provided to shrink wrap them around delicate furniture, and packed them in right order on to truck. They lifted my antique piece carefully onto the lift gate and into the truck. I was impressed with the care taken.The pieces were wrapped so well you could bounce them on the ground. When all done, we headed out to storage, and unloaded, and they rearranged stuff to make it all fit with room to spare. Move was super quick.Dima was leading the group, such a nice person! Slavik was very strong!! Max and Slavik lifted the heavy stuff with Dima as a third. Very nice team work. On time, on budget, and fun to work with. I gave them a good tip each. It was an easy move but they had their act together and I really appreciated that! I hope to have them again. We all got along well.I have two other moves coming up: move rest of my stuff to storage, and then move storage to another city. I will be using them hopefully for both. I strongly recommend them. Good people, fair rates, on time, cheerful, strong, ethical. A big thank you to my team and to the company! Much appreciated!!

They gave me the best price, and the guys (Ilia, Vadim & Vitalik) were super fast and friendly. Every mover in LA seems to have a 3 hour minimum, which was wasted with me since I only had to move all my stuff from shipping containers on the street to my apt. They finished in less than 2 hours, carrying up stairs to the 3rd floor. It always amazes me how these young guys can move so much stuff in so little time. We had so much time left over that they even offered to help me organize. Good stuff, and I'd definitely recommend them. Most importantly, the price was exactly as quoted.
Dimbois & Alex were GREAT. Very prompt, efficient and helpful in our big move from residential Silverlake to DTLA!! They were kind and got right to work. Fast thinking on moving bigger things, including my 1 year old daughters crib (which would have been impossible to take down). I would use ADEPT again, and reccomend it to anyone wanting a fast, efficient, reasonable move!! Stress free!!!

I had to make a last minute move, and adept answered my phone call and arranged a move for me the very next day. All of my delicate furniture was in pristine condition after moving and they even kindly provided me with some supplies to help me safely move. Outstanding! Don't bother even comparing to any other movers - these are your guys. The booking was easy and they were very transparent about charges, which were lower than a couple of others with solid reviews.Max and Valentin came to my place after completing a huge job at a 4-bedroom house, yet they were still so efficient - I couldn't believe it. Very professional, positive attitude and and they were careful with my things. Took a lot of stress off my move, just a great job overall!
