I have used Adept Moving Company for two moves and each time they have delivered an exceptional service for a very reasonable price. The first time, Vitaly and Alex helped me with my move and the second time, Konstantin and Alex helped me with my move. All three were punctual, professional, and helpful and kept helping me out with things when I had time remaining. For example, Vitaly literally built my IKEA bed without using the IKEA instructions manual with the time I had remaining, which was enormously helpful to me. They also packed my belongings and provided/sold packing materials. I didn't try but the office told me that if I have time remaining, or want to pay for another hour, that they will also dispose of my belongings at my chosen location, say Goodwill. Everything was delivered without damage. If you are looking for an easy, affordable, no stress moving company who do a phenomenal job, then these are your guys! Sergei and Andrew did an amazing job moving us from our duplex into our new home. The new house was up two huge flights of stairs, and they took care of it, no questions asked. All in all, the move was about 6 hours. Great people and movers. We'll absolutely go back to Adept for our next move!!
I schedule an appointment for a move today and oscar and vitaly showed up they was very honestly and helpful and polite very nice service all the way up to the office setting up the appointment they came out and move me they help out a lot and moved everything perfect very very nice people and set up things in the right place really loved there services
Vlad and Sasha were awesome to work with! They showed up on time, stayed within the agreed upon hours, were very professional and careful when handling my things, and were overall super easygoing and friendly. Highly recommend these guys!
One of the movers, Alex, is the best! Very professional and very good at his job! He was very careful with the furniture and took great care of everything! Even though we had an issue yesterday, I can say I am very happy with the way the company manager handled it! Very professional and understanding. All turned out good and I'm very happy with the furniture. Alex and Igor did a very good job assembling everything.
Kirill and Kostia were AMAZING! They packed up my entire studio and moved me across town in three hours. They worked well as team to swiftly pack my items. As they came across items that seemed damaged they addressed the issue with me before they packaged the item. For example, my dresser drawer was not closing all the way. Once the dresser was moved into my new place, they took a moment to fix the broken drawer for me. They went above and beyond, and I am extremely thankful. I highly recommend asking to work with them. They make a great team!
Adept Moving is the best company. It is not only moving company but it has great quality furnitures too. I have used a number of movers several times,but never met anyone one as Adept Movers. Last year I moved from West Hollywood to Orange County and called Adept Movers. Experienced movers especially, Max, Vitali, and Serge helped me a lot. They worked professionally and orginized . The moving price also was reasonable. If you need moving supplies they have everything. Last month I used another moving company, but they charged me double. So, I recommend all of you to use Adept Moving if you want to save money!!!
Konstantin, Alex and Sergey with Adept Moving were extremely great to work with. They always were friendly, careful and above all respectful of our belongings. It felt like they had my best interest when moving all of our belongings especially the fragile pieces. The process was smooth from start to finish. I called their office, gave them information about what I needed to get moved, was provided a quote for number of trucks (their sizes), workers etc. and a day before was given a confirmation text that they would be there. They showed up on time and worked constantly to get it done with only a break for lunch which they deducted from the time. Overall, I highly recommend them if you are in need of diligent and trustworthy movers who are very reasonable with their prices. Thanks again Konstantin, Alex and Sergey for a move well done!
Oscar and Vitalik are the best! They unpacked everything from my storage in the blink of an eye and set everything in my apartment fast and without any scratches. Defiantly recommend them and use them again in future. Thank you for your work.
