A friend recommended Adept Moving to me and I was not disappointed! I moved from West LA to East LA, had approximately a studio apartment's worth of boxes and furniture. My two movers were Alex and Sergey, they were fast, professional, friendly, and made everything super easy for me! The whole move (including loading, driving, and unloading) took about 3 and a half hours with the two guys. I even had a heavy concrete outdoor table that they were able to load up and move up a few stairs into my new backyard. Highly recommend these guys!
Maksim, Andrew and Nikita were awesome! We had a very complicated move with 3 stops and they were more than patient with it all. They arrived on time, treated our belongings with care. We couldn't have been happier.
The best moving company ever - moved me from Calabasas to Laguna Beach. Very professional and hard working! They took great care of my furnishings, were very reasonably priced and super efficient. I would highly, highly recommend Adept Moving Company!
I cant say enough good things about the two, kind and patient movers: Maksim and Alexander that helped my mom move her 2.5 bdrm/ 2bath from a 3rd story condo to a 2bdrm apt. My mom is not the best packer and she is physically fragile. It made me worried about her big move, but when i came by after work i found two professional, friendly gentlemen doing their best to accomodate her in 100 degree heat. If your looking for professional movers who will do their best to make moving as smooth as possible, then you have to call adeptmoving and request Maksim & Alexander, thanks guys!
Amazing movers you can trust. They work hard and make you feel your stuff is their own. Treat everything with great respect and care even the ridiculously heavy couch, even 7 hours into it. And don't let Welterweight Nikita fool you, the man can seriously lift some serious weight. Like whoa. Maksim aka Max killed it too, leading the team with fantastic communication. Teamwork was phenomenal, patience was impeccable. Dream team with Sergey doing amazing things. They make you feel like everything is their pleasure to do for you. Nothing is too tough too tackle. Helped to adjust an incredibly heavy granite table, and dealt with us being picky about where we should put it. 5 floors could not stop them. They lifted beds like they were pillows, and lifted couches like they were lamps. Hard working, incredibly reliable, such an immaculate positive attitude and loving respectful communication. Intelligent and kind humans... honestly I'm not sure if they helped me move or overall just become a better human being. #NewRoleModels
I had such a great impression of this company when I moved 3 years ago that I made it a point to use the same company again. And they did not disappoint ONE BIT! Even though they were a different group of guys this time, they conducted themselves on the same professional and friendly manner. Up front with all charges: they laid out their rates per hour, cash vs credit use, gas, packing materials included or not included, anticipated charges (like double mileage for Miles travels when outside of a certain distance from one building to the next or something, etc. Efficient: they moved relentlessly. I almost felt bad for having so much crap. Even my neighbor was impressed and asked for their name! Professional and friendly: as a woman who has to fight fo all the details sometimes, I feel as if it was a straight shot with moving... so smooth. And the staff were always friendly, polite, and considerate.I'm big on personal service. I believe in companies that truly want to provide the best service for their customers. And I feel that this company is one that embodies that value.
There was a miscommunication when I first spoke with them, but they reached out to me and COMPLETELY made up for it! Would totally recommend them! The guys that came out were really nice, efficient and didn't waste any time getting to work (nor did they make me nervous about the machine worth thousands of dollars they were carrying up the stairs).
Had the guys provide service years ago and they did a fantastic job, now I need them to provide service and I don't think I trust other movers besides them.
