Adept Moving was awesome!! They made my moving day super easy. Ilia and Sergey followed all of our instructions really well. They packed our storage unit perfectly with all our fragile items on top. They even took special care with my roommates turntables!! I would definitely hire them again!
Dmitriy, Sasha, and Valik are my heroes! They showed up right on time, and got straight to work! They quickly and efficiently loaded up all our stuff, taking great care to wrap the furniture so nothing would be damaged. Upon arrival at the new house they carefully put everything in its appropriate room, even moving my obnoxiously heavy entertainment center up the stairs. I won't hesitate to call Adept Moving the next time I relocate. They were friendly, helpful, and straightforward from the very first phone call! They would get 10 stars if I could give them!
These guys were great andrey, levan and berik helped us move . They showed up on time and had all the supply's they needed . Seemed very experienced and They only took 5.5 to move alot of stuff. Everything was wrapped properly. The place we moved from was 1200 pack to the rim.They took ever thing apart carefully and put it back together where we asked. Their was nothing lost or broken and everything was carefully packed .
Ilia and Sergey helped us move large objects and furniture. They were on-time, fast, efficient, and very good. They were extremely helpful throughout everything. There were no issues, and I would recommend them to friends or others. 5 stars, very good service for moving.
These guys helped us move last year and we hired them again this year because of their good work. Andrew works really hard and gets the job done. Would really recommend to anyone moving long distance. Ask for Andrew for help!
I had a 40ft container to unload in less than 2 hours and what could have been an extremely stressful situation was made calm and efficient by Adept moving. Dmitry was able to assemble two teams and two trucks on the same day, and was super-dilgent and helpful, calling me several times to coordinate and make sure everything was on track - I couldn't ask for better communication. When it comes to the teams on the ground, they clearly knew exactly what they were doing - moving fast, being careful with my stuff, and also just really nice, pleasant guys that I enjoyed being around. There was no worry about slacking off or dragging it out. These guys were intelligent and handled everything with speed and grace. I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case the service was so exceptional that I'm compelled to let everyone know and give credit where it's due. Dmitri and his team were on time, fast and professional. They moved five offices into one garage in under 4 hours including drive time. Everything was wrapped, nothing was damaged and the cost was significantly less than their competitors .
During my research of looking for an across country moving company this one had the best reviews. Of course I was still nervous as I have heard horrible stories but from day one Adept Moving & Storage was amazing. My main point of contact was a guy named Andrey, he came out to the apartment to give a time frame and was very accurate with timing. We were moving about 50 boxes plus a bed and two desks etc... When Andrey and his helper showed up I was so stressed because I needed to still pack some things before they loaded up the truck. When they came inside they immediately started packing the last 5 boxes for me. All I had to do now was sit back and relax.the way they wrapped it was as if it was there own. They took such good care of all of our things it put me at great ease.in addition they did not kill time at all which was very important to me from beginning! DURING THE MOVE: after they loaded up all our stuff they gave us the drivers number so we could call them at any point. The driver also called us during that time to give us updates too. AFTER THE MOVE: they've unloaded all our stuff and as I'm opening the boxes nothing is broken! I had wine glasses packed and dishes, still nothing was broken. I would totally recommend this company to anyone, they were great. All I can tell about them is that they are reliable, fast and professional, Andrey is very honest/polite man and I save his company name for future move. Thank you guys you guys made it so easy for me to move.
