Not sure why Yelp decided my last five star review wasn't good enough, but let me reiterate--these guys are awesome.
This moving company was SO AWESOME, that it literally made me want to move again :-) I've never seen moving from one place to the next, done so easily. They arrived at my house on time, and packed my one bedroom apartment (living room, kitchen, etc)in less than two hours. Once we made it to my new destination, it took them less than 45 minutes to unload. All my furniture was in the same shape that it was, before putting it on the truck. They were BEYOND professional. They wrapped all my furniture with shrink wrap, blankets, etc, and handled it as if it were their own personal belongings. Tim, the phone representative, was very nice when I called to inquire about their services. He took time to thoroughly explain everything to me, to ensure that there were not any hidden fees. Additionally, I must add that I called on Friday, to request a move for Sunday, (2 day notice), and they still accommodated me. Andrew, was the foreman, and he was extremely professional during the entire move. Upon his arrival, he also explained all the charges to me, before starting the job. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company.
I sold my place and was faced with the not so fun part of moving all my stuff from my townhouse. I found Adept moving on Yelp and hoped all the good reviews were true. I'm happy to know these guys are the real deal. Andrey, Nik and Den were total pros and handle my move with ease! They arrived on time and saved me hours of moving on my own. I definitely recommend!!
Ruslan and Sonic were really great! Our move from the old apartment to the new one was totally stress free. They were fast and efficient in moving all of our stuff. Thank you so much!
Huge thank you to all the guys at Adept moving for assisting us with our office move. Tim and Dimitri were awesome to work with, great at responding to calls and emails and all around nice guys. Our movers, Max, Jim and Christian were extremely professional, showed up on time and made every effort to make sure that we were left satisfied. Our move came out to less than we had expected to pay for the same move with another company. If you are considering any move in Los Angeles, call Adept Moving before you talk to anyone else. These guys showed up right on the dot at 8am. They were very careful with all my furniture. I used three guys and paid the discounted "cash" price. Nothing was broken or missing. They even let me use their wardrobe closets for free. I would definitely use them and recommend them to my family and friends.
If a move could be described as 'pain-free' it's only b/c of the hard work of Dmitri and Alexander. Huge, huge thank you for kind and courteous service despite the back-breaking labor.
Got 3 guys to move my two bedroom. They were hard working and got the entire place loaded and unloaded very quickly. If I have to move again, I'll be calling these guys again.
This is the second time we have used Adept Moving. For more than 25 years, I have used moving services countless times both professionally and personally. I have worked as an Interior Designer most of my adult life and I can say without equivocation Adept is by far one of the best in their industry. Yesterday Max, Michael and Jim were scheduled to arrive between 10a-11a. They were right on time and ready to get busy. And let me tell you they were awesome. Our entire place was packed up in 2 1/2 hours without any issues and off to our storage to unload and then to our new home from there. It was a ten hour day and they never let up. All three of these men are professional, strong, polite and cautiously quick. It was a 90º day here in LA and that didn't seem to have any impact on their moving skills. If your looking for one of the best then Adept is it. And their pricing is the best bang for your buck! THANKS! Suzanne
