Alex and Kiril were amazing, they will ensure everything is packed safely, efficiently, and even dismount TVs and dispose of anything you might not want. I need to Start this Review with an Apology. An Apology that this review wasn't written long Ago. Sorry, Moving is Stressful and the aftermath is just as exhausting. I wanted to make sure that the review was honest, thoughful and not rushed. Now that the Dust has settled, let me tell you what an EXCEPTIONAL Experience we all had using Adept Moving... I got lucky and was randomly out in the Valley and saw one of their moving trucks drive by. Prior to this I was speaking with SEVERAL other companies. After doing some research I chose hire Adept to help with our down to The wire move. We were having some trouble finding the right spot. It was the most stressful time and again, we were down to the wire. That being said, I had to change our Moving Date a few times. This always felt Bad to have to call and do but LILY the Receptionist was SO SO KIND and really was so accommodating...
Today, my family and I had an exceptional experience with Adept Moving Company, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Victor and Ilia. We were faced with the daunting task of moving out of a disorganized storage unit and these two gentlemen went above and beyond to assist us in organizing and executing the move seamlessly. Victor and Ilia's expertise in packing and moving was invaluable to us. Their patience, grace, and kindness made the entire process much less stressful. We truly could not have managed it without their help and are incredibly grateful for their hard work. This is actually the second time we've used Adept Moving, and based on our experiences, we wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a professional moving company.
